The apartments have one or two bedrooms and are self contained, with a fully-fitted kitchen and shower room. We also have a communal lounge, library and dining room.
The gardens, communal rooms and many apartments have stunning lake and fell views.
Your rent includes a home-cooked, three-course lunch Monday to Friday, central heating, hot water, emergency call service, parking and use of all communal rooms. This is a worry-free environment where the staff and contractors sort out all the troublesome issues of property maintenance. This leaves you free to enjoy your day!
